People for the American Way

People For the American Way is a national progressive advocacy organization that inspires and mobilizes Americans to defend freedom, justice, and democracy from those who threaten to take them away.

The People for the American Way website redesign was a radical transformation.

Using data, strategic goals and a new organizational logo, we modernized and reshaped People For's online brand, voice and navigational structure.

The new site prioritizes action and engagement at every turn—growing and strengthening over four decades' worth of advocacy. We redefined and simplified the site's structure and messaging.

It was also vital that People For's busy staff could manage robust amounts of information efficiently. Administrative concepts are dynamically connected, so changes are centrally and easily managed. Administrators have a large palette of layout options and design assets—including custom icons and shapes—that can be easily applied throughout.

The new site is accessible, responsive and easy to edit.
